You can pick up your badge at the registration desk in the pre-function area of the Hyatt Regency Baytown, during the registration hours listed above.
Coats & Bags can be left at the front desk of the Hyatt Regency Baytown if needed.
Guests under the age of 18 will not be permitted at the event without prior approval from Event Management.
Conference registrations may not be cancelled online. All cancellation/refund requests must be received in writing by August 13, 2026 for a full refund. Cancellation/refund requests starting August 14, 2026 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
